Miriam Heter and Katy Shnier are the first people to be confirmed at Bnai Shalom. We are SO proud of these intelligent, devoted young women. Both have been part of our community’s religious school as students and teachers. They have taken part in our Youth Choir and Purim plays over the years. They spoke movingly about living their future lives based on the learning they have acquired in our midst. We wish Katy well as she begins her college adventure in Canada.
