YOM HASHOAH OBSERVANCE

Lois Roman is a Trustee of the Memorial Scrolls Trust (MST). The Memorial Scrolls Trust is a London based non-profit which oversees the legacy of 1,564 Czech Torah scrolls that survived the Shoah. After a miraculous story of survival, these scrolls arrived in London and were dispersed on permanent loan to caring communities around the world.
Our Lehigh Valley Jewish community currently has guardianship of several Czech Torah scrolls. The program will feature their stories. Join Us to Commemorate. All events require a valid ID for security purposes. Registration required.
YOM HAZIKARON MEMORIAL

Event location: JCC Kline Auditorium, Allentown
The community commemoration of Israel's Memorial Day will feature a powerful, immersive experience with Israeli artist and singer-songwriter Gilad Segev. The Project Heroes program will honor those who lost their lives while saving others. Join Us to Commemorate. All events require a valid ID for security purposes. Registration required.
YOM HA'ATZMAUT CELEBRATION

Program: 5:00 P.M.
Event location: Jewish Community Center, Allentown
Join us to celebrate Yom Ha'Atzmaut with a friendly youth basketball game featuring kids from the Jewish Community Center and the Jewish Day School. The halftime performance will showcase the JDS Flag Dance! Magen David soft pretzels and blue and white cookies will be available to grab and go. Join Us to Commemorate. All events require a valid ID for security purposes. Registration required.
